- Return Policy
Eligible Products: You may return unused tents and accessories in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. All returns must include proof of purchase.
Ineligible Products: The following products are not eligible for return policy:
Used tents or damaged tents.
Products that have exceeded the return request period. - Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your tent, please contact us immediately. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns: the tent must be unused and in its original packaging. - Return and Exchange Process
Return/Exchange Request: Please first contact our Customer Service team by email or phone to discuss your return or exchange request.
Obtaining Authorization: Once your request is submitted, we will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions.
Packaging: Please package your tent with all accessories, instructions, and original packaging. Please ensure the package is sealed to prevent damage during return shipping.
Returning the Product: Please use a tracked mail service to return the product to the specified address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked mail method so we can verify the shipping status. - Processing Time
Return Processing: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it within 5 business days and confirm whether it complies with our return policy.
Refund Time: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that the exact refund processing time may vary depending on the bank.
